I know this stay at home order is getting old for all of us. The news reports say that alcohol sales are up by 20%, 55%, 70%….depending on which article you read or news report that you listen to.
It really doesn’t surprise me….what else do we have to do? But we’re kind of in the boat that you have to get creative with what is in your pantry….and your liquor cabinet.

I do love a good Tequila Sunrise, but no OJ in the fridge. So…time to bust out the Cuties! I must admit that I really like the Quarantine Clementine Sunrise better than a traditional Tequila Sunrise.
It’s not as sweet and very refreshing! Just squeeze the juice from two clementines into a glass full of ice (my glass is about 14 ounces).
Add one and a half….or, two ounces of the tequila of your choice….depending on how you roll. (I did one and a half)
Then add a splash of sparkling water (I happened to have lemon-lime flavor), and top with a teaspoon or so of Grenadine.

I prefer Patron Silver Tequila but of course any Tequila will work. (Can you tell I keep mine in the freezer….don’t ask me why). This would probably be good with Vodka too…hmm….maybe later.
My friends know that I’m a Corona drinker! But when times are tough and you can’t make up your mind, don’t stress yourself out with another difficult decision….do both😂
