Hi there! I’m Diana!! I love cooking so much that I’ve made it my job. I’ve created the Food and Festivities food blog to share my favorite recipes with you. I love to host small dinner parties for friends and big theme parties for special occasions and I’ll share my tips and tricks for those as well.
I also started the Fairweather Baker home bakery. I love baking sweet treats for my client’s special occasions. I’m located in Kosciusko County, Indiana and would love to bake something delicious for your next special occasion. Whether it’s an elegant dessert table for a wedding, an indulgent birthday cake, or just a yummy batch of cookies…I’m your girl! You’ll also find me at some local markets during the summer.
I call myself the Fairweather Baker because I only take orders during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. During the winter months I like to concentrate on testing recipes and working on my Food and Festivities blog.

I love cooking with friends and sharing new dishes. I’m frequently asked by my friends and family for my recipes. To be honest that’s how I started writing and developing recipes.
And, I love to entertain almost as much as I love to cook! Anything from having a few friends over for dinner, hosting a Super Bowl get together, or having a full blown theme party…I’m in!
