Baked Chocolate Glazed Donuts

sour cream

Glaze

powdered sugar

milk

vanilla
Instructions
Donuts
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray donut pan with cooking spray.
In a medium sized bowl add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, chocolate chips, baking soda and salt, and mix to combine.
In a small bowl add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, milk, and vegetable oil, and whisk until well blended.
Stir wet ingredients into dry, and add mixture to a gallon size ziploc bag.
Using a pair of scissors snip off one corner of the bag.
Fill the pans 2/3 of the way full with batter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While the donuts are baking prepare the glaze.
Glaze
Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Allow the donuts to cool slightly after coming out of the oven.
Dip the donuts in the glaze and place on a wire rack until the glaze is set (about 15 minutes).

Notes
If glaze is too thick and more milk one teaspoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
