Add all ingredients to a pitcher or other container that can be frozen. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and put in the freezer for 24 hours. Stir after about 10-12 hours. By this time the mixture will be beginning to get slushy but some of the alcohol with sink to the bottom so stirring it will help redistribute it throughout. After 24 hours scoop out using an ice-cream scooper into your favorite glass and garnish with a lime wheel, if desired.
